Joyful Woman : I Love You

When I was doing my internship for my Ayurvedic Stress Management Certification at Shanti Villa Institute, there were a couple of aspects of love we studied as Yogis and that were a part of understanding Ayurvedic Stress therapy that were pretty unique and definitely represented a higher education in love. There was a teaching to be full of love all the time -- this referred to the ideal of being able to hold love in your heart and all levels of mind , body and spirit regardless of what circumstances may be surrounding you. It also meant in spite of whatever was happening with the people around you. This was a deeper understanding of the concept of nonviolence. Now , let me tell you If you truly want an interaction with the Living Teaching Universe just say 'I've got it!' I swear something happens when you say you truly have it, and that either you are catapulted forward into a new reality as a master of that idea that you think you've got or you are challenged with this concept so fiercely that you end up begging for a reprieve! "I'm sorry, I don't have it!" May end up being your plea once the Teaching Universe get's hold of you! Loving people as humans, knowing that they are the reflection of the Divine and reflections of aspects of your own personality becomes a recourse when you try loving people. In other words: People will try you! There is nothing like making a peaceful declaration to remain Zen and then having someone devote themselves to getting under your skin! We as humans try each other! So in a group setting we would be challenged to stay in love. The Challenge was to hold that energy throughout the day, at home at work and at play and when somebody was working your nerves and threatening to be party to you losing your love vibration! In order to reclaim it you look deep within them and see the human being, created by God, see the child still living in an adult body, see the spirit struggling to overcome the challenges of being in the body, and say the only thing you can say and remain true to you both."I Love You!" We would say this to each other, our teacher would say it to us. It was a deeper level of love, it was more than words, it was a reminder to remain in a loving state, no matter what. This is the challenge of the soul and the spirit to be integrated not only with your own bodies but with the bodies of others and with earth herself, it is a challenge to stay in love, to stay full of that love and let it drive your actions All The Time.Be Love ,Be Full of Love--All The Time!
